At Kendriya Vidyalaya Fort William, we aim to provide a safe, nurturing yet challenging environment to facilitate students in becoming lifelong learners both within and beyond the classrooms. We prepare the students to face the challenges of the twenty- first century. We provide an appealing and stimulating curriculum that is flexible and tailored to the needs of each and every student as we strive for higher educational outcomes and personal bests for all of our students.
This journey would not have been possible without the active and whole hearted support and efforts of all the stakeholders and the teachers of the Vidyalaya. Our passionate teachers and their innovative teaching methodologies encourage students to develop
critical-thinking, to exchange thoughts and ideas and develop a desire for knowledge. Active participation in academic and integrated co-curricular activities are the major factors behind successful performance of the Vidyalaya. In addition to academic excellence we also facilitate students to learn life skills like taking mistakes as learning opportunities, giving and receiving feedback, creating sense of purpose and making self-assessment. We want our students to leave Vidyalaya with the values of respect, cooperation, and persistence striving for excellence in whatever they do.
